Her passion led her to study culinary arts at the Institute of Le Cordon Bleu Peru. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, She had the great pleasure of working with world renowned
chefs, learning different types of cuisines from around the globe, enriching her knowledge in the kitchen, and fueling her passion and motivation to become a true specialist in the field.
"I would describe my cuisine as a “fusion”'. I love using different techniques that I have learnt along the way while introducing techniques and flavors true to my Peruvian roots. I believe everyone should I’ve worked in fine dining restaurants around Central Florida, such as Norman’s, Victoria &

Our Team is led by Chef Eira Diaz. Born and raised in Lima, Peru and inspired by her mother and

What services do your private chefs provide?

Do you prepare just Peruvian food?
We certainly inspired most of our menus with Peruvian culture but is not the only thing we offer. Our chefs are skilled in a wide range of cuisines including but not limited to Italian, French, Mediterranean, Asian, Caribbean, American, and fusion dishes. We can tailor the menu to your specific taste preferences.
Can the chef accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions?
Yes, our chefs are experienced in accommodating a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, and other special diets. Please provide us with your specific requirements during the consultation.
How far in advance do I need to book your services?
For private chef services, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. For larger catering events, we suggest booking one to two months in advance to ensure availability and adequate planning time.
